Swanmac Blinds, tasked us as main contractor to carry out the fit out of their new offices.
Scope of works
The works consisted of the installation of 2 new kitchens, new flooring, complete M & E installation, new metal std plasterboard and glazed partitioning, new toilets for both the upstairs and downstairs areas and then decoration.
Key challenges and outcome
The main challenges on the project was going through the design process with the client during the works as they were limited on their incoming services so we needed to make sure that what they wanted would fit within the parameters.
...proactive during the design phase, their performance on site and site supervision has been exemplary, with a very high level of interaction and office support from their Project Managers.
